Swindle's Ripoff Emporium: is a shop at Tercessuinotlim where you can merge U10 and gold for nulgath resources.
Some of the quest's mentioned below has a chance to drop Receipt of Swindle, which is used to merge items in the Emporium shop. (without the cost of gold)
